Ingredients:
- 4 dry-aged beef burgers (approx. 800 g total)
- 1 jar of Tierra Palaciega red tomato jam
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 200 g crispy fried onions
- 40 g pickled jalapeños
- 100 g mixed baby leaves
- Olive oil

- Let the burgers rest at room temperature for a few minutes to remove the chill. Heat a frying pan or griddle with a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the meat, searing it for several minutes until it reaches your preferred doneness.
- Slice the buns open and place the lettuce on the base. Add the hot burger and top with the cheddar slice, allowing it to melt from the heat.Add 3–4 slices of jalapeño and the crispy fried onion. Finish with a generous tablespoon of Tierra Palaciega red tomato jam and close the bun.
- Serve with potato wedges, potato chips, salad, or any side of your choice.
