BEANS WITH TIERRA PALACIEGA FRIED TOMATO, EGG, BACON & CRIOLLA SAUSAGES

Ingredients:

  • 2 jars/cans of cooked white beans (600–800 g drained)
  • 1 jar of Tierra Palaciega fried tomato sauce
  • 8 criolla sausages
  • 200 g sliced bacon
  • 4 fresh eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat the entire jar of Tierra Palaciega fried tomato sauce in a saucepan over medium heat for 4–5 minutes. Then add the drained beans and gently stir for 1–2 minutes more. Ready to plate.
  2. In a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil, cook the criolla sausages and the bacon until golden brown to your liking.
  3. Finally, in another pan with enough olive oil to lightly cover the base and very hot, fry the egg. Plate everything together.
